For this reason, you can change the date and time of your order up to a certain period of time.  If there is 24 hours or more before the time of the cleaning service and you want to change the time and date, you can do it without paying any fee! If you want to change the time of the service 12 to 24 hours in advance, 35% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you registered.

If you cancel your order 12 hours or less before the time of the service, 100% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered. If you cancel your order between 12 and 24 hours before the time of the service, 50% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered. If you cancel your order between 24 and 48 hours before the time of the service, 35% of the total fee will be withdrawn from the card you have registered.
