We make your cancellation request free of charge until 09:00 on the day before the service. The cleaning fee will be charged from your credit card if you want to cancel the service later, as the cleaning professionals arrange their program according to you. For your cancellation request of regular service, the price difference between regular and one time service also will be withdrawn from the credit card.

Before a cleaning professional is registered to the system, all criminal records are examined and references are checked. After this check-up process, the cleaning professional who is registered to the system goes through a training in order to provide Mutlubiev level of quality service.

In case of no danger, we perform cleaning of the windows both internally and externally, but the safety of cleaning professionals is valuable to us. We don't allow the windows to be cleaned from the outside in any case that puts them at risk.
