Bonus Package Terms And Conditions

1. After user makes online payment via inserting their credit card details regarding the bonus package/bonus packages selected by such user through www.mutlubiev.com website and once the user activates the special code provided to them via the email address they have given or the email address of the third party whom shall receive the package for gift purposes, through inserting the code into “My Account” section within their Mutlubiev account on the www.mutlubiev.com website; bonus points equal to the value of the bonus package chosen by the user will be added to the Mutlubiev account.

2. Bonus points cannot be merged with other discounts and/or campaigns provided to the user by Mutlubiev. The user can purchase.

3. Packages for the benefit of third parties. The return of the bonus points activated via www.mutlubiev.com website, cancellation, or transfer of the bonus points into another user’s Mutlubiev account is not applicable.

4. Return of the payment made by the user can only be appropriate on the condition that the unique code is not activated via www.mutlubiev.com within 14 (fourteen) days as of the date of payment and at the request of the user.

5. In the event of expiration of the bonus package and the user has remaining points, such points will become invalid. However, in the event a new package is purchased before the expiration of the bonus points, the remaining points and the points of the new package will be merged in the system, and the expiration date of the package will be extended to the expiration date of the newly purchased package.

6. Bonus points can be used for the following Mutlubiev services throughout Turkey; full day house cleaning, same day house cleaning, request of supplies, additional service requests.
